INGREDIENTS

2
tablespoons butter
·
1
cup chopped onion
·
1
cup chopped carrot
·
1/4
cup chopped celery
·
1
tablespoon minced garlic
·
1
teaspoon thyme
·
3
cups chopped portabella mushrooms
·
2
cups vegetable stock
·
3
cups beef stock
·
2
tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
·
Dash
of red pepper flakes
·
Salt
and Pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
1.
Melt
butter in stock pot.
2.
Add
onion, carrot and celery cooking until translucent over medium heat.
3.
Add
minced garlic, mushrooms and thyme.
4.
Cook
for 5 minutes on medium low heat.
5.
Add
stocks, Worcestershire sauce, red pepper flakes.
6.
Season
with salt and pepper.
7.
Reduce
to low and simmer for 30 minutes.
8.
Taste
and check for seasonings.
