INGREDIENTS

pieces black cod, about 4 oz each

Teriyaki
Sauce
·
1
tbsp sugar
·
1
tbsp mirin
·
1
tbsp sake
·
2
tbsp Japanese soy sauce
INSTRUCTIONS
1.
Sprinkle
fish with salt lightly, and set aside for 30 minutes.
2.
Rinse
fish, pat dry and coat with flour.
3.
Heat
1 tbsp oil in a frying pan, Fry fish until both sides are golden brown. Remove.
4.
Add
sauce ingredient to pan. Simmer until sauce thickens.
5.
Return
fish to pan and spoon sauce over fish until the fish glazed. Remove fish to
serving plate and serve hot.
