PICO DE GALLO RECIPE


Pico De Gallo is my favorite way to add fresh tangy flavor to Latin-inspired meals. It comes together quickly, easily and you likely already have most of the ingredients needed in your kitchen!

INGREDIENTS

·         2 cups Roma Tomatoes cored, deseeded
·         1/2 cup Red Onion
·         1/2 cup Cilantro
·         2 teaspoons Garlic minced
·         2 Limes juiced
·         Sea Salt to taste
·         Black Pepper to taste




INSTRUCTIONS

1.   Chop tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro. Place in a large bowl.
2.   Add minced garlic & lime juice and season to taste with salt and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
