OVEN-BAKED BURGERS RECIPE
A
crispy coating mix is the secret ingredient that dresses up these baked
burgers. You bake them in the oven instead of grilling or frying. Use a sweet
and spicy steak sauce for the best flavor. This is how to cook burgers in the

Kitchen Tips
· Beef
tenderloin is a lean cut of beef and a good source of protein. Eating protein
increases the feeling of being satisfied and may help curb cravings for carbs
and fats.
· It’s
smart to double up on your prep and freeze half of the recipe for future meals.
Many meatballs, burger patties and taco fillings also freeze well.
